Kellie Martin (born Kellie Marien) is an acclaimed American actor. She's appeared in many films and TV shows, such as "Christy" which is a story of a girl called Christy Huddleston. Kellie Martin is most well-known for her performance as the protagonist in the Hailey Dean Mystery Series. Martin was born to a department shop buyer and the kindergarten teacher. She began acting at seven years old when her aunt, who was a nanny in Michael Landon's family, helped Martin to be in the television show Father Murphy. After graduating of Yale University, she took acting more seriously, and eventually landed substantial roles, both on the small and the big screen. Martin is, in addition to being an actor, is also an accomplished photographer as well as a ballet dancer. She is a mother of two. she's the official spokesperson for Lupus and has been spreading awareness regarding the disease following the death of her sister of it in the age of 19.
